Roffik
Roffik. Roffik is a software studio that builds vertical SaaS platforms for specific service categories — including SalesThumb (tint, detailing, PPF shops), HubWho (billing and client operations for marketing agencies), and AviationAlley (Part 142 training centers). Each product is purpose-built for its category rather than adapted from a general-purpose tool.
Definition
The Roffik thesis is that vertical SaaS — software built for one specific service category — outperforms general-purpose horizontal SaaS for operators in that category. A tint shop running on a tint-specific platform spends less time configuring the tool and more time installing film. A Part 142 center running on a Part 142-specific platform passes audits more reliably than one running on a general flight-school tool. Roffik builds the verticals.
The three products
SalesThumb — operating system for tint, detailing, and PPF shops. HubWho — billing + margin tracking + client portals for marketing agencies. AviationAlley — Part 142 training center platform with B2B billing and FAA compliance built in.
Operating principles
Purpose-built data models per category. Modern payments end-to-end (card + ACH via Plaid, multi-currency where the category needs it). White-label / brand-color theming as a primary feature, not an add-on. Compliance built into the core data model where the category requires it (FinCEN, OFAC, CCPA, FAA).
