About Roffik Software

We build software for the industries everyone else overlooks.

Roffik Software started with a simple frustration: world-class software exists for obvious industries — but the moment you run a tint shop, manage an FBO, or operate a Vendasta-reseller agency, you're stuck duct-taping together generic tools that were never designed for you.

The first product came from inside a tint shop. The founder ran one and was tired of the available options: generic invoicing apps that did not understand a tint job, or legacy shop systems with UX that had not been touched since 2007. So we built SalesThumb — tint-specific, detailing-aware, modern from the ground up. Not a CRM with a custom field bolted on. A platform that runs the whole business: customers, vehicles, scheduling, payments, warranty certificates, multi-location, and a mobile app for the technicians who actually do the work.

The same playbook runs through every product that follows. HubWho is the business layer marketing agencies need to run a profitable Vendasta reseller business — invoicing, ACH, recurring billing, and per-client margin tracking that Vendasta itself does not ship. Vizme is the AI-powered visualizer for window film and vinyl shops: customers upload a photo, see the finished film on their actual vehicle or property, and the lead is captured automatically — all embedded inline on any shop's website with a single line of code. AviationAlley is the connective layer general aviation has been waiting for — FBOs, flight schools, charter operators, MROs, and Part 142 training centers, finally on the same platform.

Roffik Software is small and deliberate. We do not have hundreds of engineers, and we are not trying to. We have a tight team that cares about the industries we build for, and we spend real time inside those businesses before we write a line of code. The first customer for every product is someone who actually runs the work — usually the founder of the product itself.

We think the best software companies of the next decade will not be the ones serving everyone. They will be the ones serving a specific set of customers better than anyone thought possible — and building a real, durable business doing it. That is what we are building at Roffik Software. One focused product per industry, in order, until each one is genuinely the best in its category.

How we think
about building software

Niche over generic

Every industry has specific workflows that generic tools can't handle without workarounds. We build software that speaks the exact language of the business it serves — from the vocabulary on screen to the shape of the underlying data model.

Less, but better

We'd rather ship ten features that work perfectly than a hundred that work okay. Scope gets cut aggressively. What ships gets polished. The wishlist that stays out is what makes the product good.

Real operators first

We build products we'd use ourselves. Before any feature ships, it goes in front of real operators doing real work — not just user interviews and hand-drawn personas. The first customer is usually the founder.

Sustainable by design

We're not chasing growth metrics for a board deck. Roffik Software is bootstrapped. We build products that can run for the long term, with pricing that is fair and a business model that doesn't require hockey-stick growth to survive.

A short note from the founder

"I've owned a window tint shop for years. Every piece of software I tried felt like it was built for someone else's business. Roffik Software is what happens when an operator builds the tools they wish existed — and then keeps going, one industry at a time."
