This Privacy Policy explains what information Roffik LLC (“Roffik”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use roffik.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at info@roffik.com.

Who we are

Roffik LLC is a software company building products for niche industries that have been underserved by generic tools. Our website is roffik.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email, company, and message. We use this only to respond to you.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs that include IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. These are used for security and debugging.
  • Cookies and analytics. This Site uses essential cookies needed for WordPress to function. We also use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site: Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). They may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser details, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you interact with them (for example clicks and scrolling), and Clarity may record session replays of that activity. We use this to improve the Site. We do not run advertising or behavioral-ad tracking on this Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to your messages, handle demo requests, and send you product updates if you’ve asked for them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Third parties

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts directly from Google’s CDN, and Google may collect IP-level request data as part of serving those fonts. Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) process the analytics data described above under their own privacy policies. The Site is hosted on WordPress infrastructure managed by our hosting provider. Beyond these, we do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s defaults.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the personal information we have about you, or to send you a copy of it. Email info@roffik.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we’ve collected such information by mistake, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll do our best to give you reasonable notice before they take effect.
