These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roffik.com (the “Site”), operated by Roffik, Inc. (“Roffik”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

About this site

The Site is a marketing website for Roffik and the products we build. It’s informational. Use of any specific Roffik product (for example, SalesThumb or AviationAlley) is governed by that product’s own terms, which you’ll see when you sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in a way that’s unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. That includes: trying to break into systems you don’t own, scraping the Site in a way that interferes with its operation, impersonating someone else, or using our contact form to send unsolicited or automated messages.

Intellectual property

The Site — including its design, code, copy, graphics, and the Roffik name and logo — is owned by Roffik, Inc. and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to reference us, link to us, and quote us reasonably. Please don’t copy substantial parts of the Site or our brand assets without permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Information on the Site may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Roffik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to USD $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in the United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
