Who we are

Roffik, Inc. is a software company building products for niche industries that have been underserved by generic tools. Our website is roffik.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email, company, and message. We use this only to respond to you.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs that include IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. These are used for security and debugging.
  • Cookies. This Site uses essential cookies needed for WordPress to function. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking on this Site at this time.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to your messages, handle demo requests, and send you product updates if you’ve asked for them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Third parties

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts directly from Google’s CDN. Google may collect IP-level request data as part of serving those fonts. The Site is hosted on WordPress infrastructure managed by our hosting provider. Beyond these, we do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s defaults.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the personal information we have about you, or to send you a copy of it. Email hello@roffik.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we’ve collected such information by mistake, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll do our best to give you reasonable notice before they take effect.
